Provide guidance and advice to team regarding best practices and alternative solutions in the field of maintenance.
Participates in, and personally involves in the carries out the complex installation, maintenance & testing of various equipment.
Receives documents of works performed, in progress, and work completed & checks the processed paperwork, such as time sheets, material costs, repairs and activity reports.
Prepares regular work reports – daily reports, equipment failure reports, incident reports, monthly reports, indicating activities carried out, problems encountered and produces analysis reports of a technical nature indicating failures and recommendations to alleviate recurring problems.
Contacts with Original Equipment Manufacturers, local agents/suppliers and specialized subcontractors to bring in the required solutions to the complex problems involved in maintenance, troubleshooting and providing engineering solutions.
Assist the site teams in carrying out the root cause analysis of the problems and provide solutions.
Implement a Document control system.
Create a performance monitoring system based on audits and inspections.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Responsible for creating O&M and CAPEX budgets
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
Carry out any other job as assigned by the management.
Make sure that all the HSE policies and procedures are implemented.
Monitor equipment and spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Make sure all maintenance activities are completed within specified time frame and quality of work.
Bachelor Degree in Relevant Engineering Branch (Electrical or Mechanical)
Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in Operation and Maintenance in Residential and Commercial Facilities.
Team management experience.
Excellent English (reading & writing).
Excellent Computer skills, and using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, power point, outlook)
Knowledge of CMMS / CAFM Systems, implementation and reporting.
Knowledge of HSE standards
Knowledge of International and Local statutory regulations.
Solid technical skills with thorough knowledge of project controls, principles and work methods.
7 years experience in project planning and detailed scheduling for all aspects of engineering.
Responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements.
Translate the project scope of work into activities and prepare and update project progress
Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.

Internally with the Project team in line with the requirements of the Company’s IMS and PMM.
Externally with Client/Subcontractor/Supplier representatives.
* Special Requirements / Features
Proficiency with planning and scheduling software (MS Project / Primavera).
Knowledge of PMP certification process.
Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical and architectural works.
Aramco project experience and approval
Substantial knowledge on appropriate standards associate with material receiving inspection
Minimum a total of (05) years’ experience
Auditing experience/ certificate. Overall 7 years of experience in managing environmental function preferably in Construction/ Oil and Gas Industry. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Aramco Experience preferred.
